Our recently awarded Honey Dipped Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts will be exhibited
at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome, the centrepiece of the show site.
This is a honorable opportunity for winning Exhibitors to display their premium products, with the
Sydney Royal Easter Show attracting around one million visitors each year.

Almost every year we put forth selected products from our exclusive range for the prestigious judging by
some of the world’s best.
We sent our premium grade crunchy macadamias dipped in a sticky sweet, pure harvested honey then layered
with our proprietary couverture chocolate by artisan chocolatiers, to be judged and awarded. Here are the results...

FEBRUARY - Valentines Day is fast approaching
Valentine's Day or Saint Valentine's Day is a holiday celebrated on February 14 by many people throughout the world.
In the West, it is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentines cards, presenting flowers, or offering confectionery. The holiday is named after two among the numerous Early Christian martyrs named Valentine.
The day became associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages,
when the tradition of courtly love flourished.

JANUARY - Happy New Year
